Miralago Luxury Apartments is a new collection of eight private luxury residences on the Lake Como waterfront in Cernobbio, created as part of Villa d’Este La Collezione and designed as a more residential, contemporary way to experience the lake while still keeping a strong connection to the hospitality world of Villa d’Este; its link to Villa d’Este is direct because it belongs to the same collection and is presented as an extension of the historic hotel’s legacy, with the added benefit of shared services and a more private, modern style of stay.

To ensure a seamless guest experience, they selected Uni Guest Hub as the television management platform. But the default visual interface provided by the software did not fully align with the aesthetic direction they were looking to achieve. Given their commitment to excellence and attention to detail, no element was considered too small to be curated carefully, including the television experience, which needed to reflect the same refined standards as the rest of the property.

In addition to the significant visual improvements over the standard interface, great attention was also paid to ease of editing. By simplifying and commenting the code, and reorganizing the content, changing backgrounds or content can now be done in just a few clicks.
